North Carolina Animal Shelter Volunteer Seadon Henrich Charged with Abusing Dogs
The News & Observer reports that 21-year-old Seadon Collins Etienne Henrich of Zebulon was arrested and charged with four felony counts of crime against nature and three felony counts of disseminating obscenity, according to the Wake County Magistrate’s Office.
The alleged abuses occurred over an 18-month period ending last November at the Wake County Animal Center in East Raleigh. Police arrested Henrich after being tipped off about photos of the suspect engaged in an illicit act with a dog.
Police claim that Henrich “willfully and feloniously did commit the abominable and detestable crime against nature with a dog” on at least four occasions, according to the arrest warrant.
“I have been here 31 years and I thought I had seen everything, but this is new,” Wake County Magistrate J.D. Saferight told the News & Observer.
Henrich was booked into the Wake County Jail on Thursday, where he is being held on $70,000 bail.
Henrich is the latest individual to be charged with bestiality-related crimes in the US this year.
