Alleged 71-Year-Old Prostitute Sygun Liebhart, aka ‘Lola’, Arrested in Connecticut
The Huffington Post reports that Sygun Liebhart of Westport has been arrested and charged with prostitution following a police raid at the Homewood Suites hotel in Glastonbury, east of Hartford.
Agent James Kennedy of the Glastonbury Police Department said officers began investigating the elderly women after finding an ad for escort services on Backpage.com, a site notorious for prostitution and sex trafficking.
Liebhart, aka “Lola,” allegedly posted an ad that read, “Older is Better… A well-preserved beauty. All-natural and busty 38DD. Sexy, fit, warm and friendly.”
“Lola” allegedly offered her services for $150. Agent Kennedy told the Huffington Post that officers from the East Central Narcotics Task Force spotted the ad and an undercover agent arranged a “deal for sexual acts” with Liebhart. The woman was then arrested at the Glastonbury hotel.
Liebhart is being held on a $500 bond.
As old as “Lola” is, she’s far from the oldest woman working the world’s oldest profession. That distinction would have to go to Milly Cooper, a British woman who was reportedly earning $80,000 a year as a prostitute at the age of 96 when her story made headlines in 2011. Cooper reportedly got into the flesh trade at the end of World War II and has serviced more than 3,500 clients, by her estimation.
