Joyce Maxine Gregory Faces Malicious Castration Charges for Squeezing Man’s Testicle from Scrotum

A ball-busting North Carolina woman has been arrested and charged with ‘malicious castration’ after she squeezed a man’s scrotum so hard that his testicle popped out.

Joyce Maxine Gregory, a 35-year-old Shelby woman, was apprehended early Saturday morning following an argument with an unidentified 59-year-old man. According to the Charlotte Observer, Gregory’s victim ran outside to call 911 but she grabbed him by the testicles and squeezed.

CBS 21 reports that she clenched the man’s scrotum so hard that his testicle popped out.

Officer M. L. McPherson wrote that the victim’s “scrotum had been split open.”

“I was also able to observe one of the subject’s testicles protruding from the scrotum area,” he added.

Police soon responded and arrested Gregory, who was described as “highly intoxicated.” In her second ballsy crime of the day, Gregory allegedly removed her pants and urinated in the patrol car. The woman, who has previously been convicted of prostitution, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and impeding traffic, is being held in the Cleveland County Jail.

According to MailOnline, her bond has been set at $20,000.

The victim went to the Shelby Rescue Squad building for help; urologists at a local hospital told police his injury could be repaired with stitches.
