Jamie Nichole Phillips, Ohio Woman, Charged with Raping 14-Year-Old Boy at Knifepoint
According to WCPO, Jamie Nichole Phillips, a 20-year-old from Union Township, has been charged with rape, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, kidnapping and felonious assault in connection with the April 7 incident. According to police, the boy was leaving his mother’s home when Phillips ordered him into her apartment at knifepoint and forced him to perform sex acts on her.
“This young juvenile victim walked out from visiting his mother to get something out of the car. When he walked outside, a neighbor, which he had been associated with simply by being her neighbor, approached the victim put a weapon to his throat and chest area, and ordered him back into the apartment,” Union Twp. Police Sgt. Scott Blankenship told WCPO.
The victim was encouraged to tell his parents after he told friends what happened to him. His parents then told police, who found a knife and other supporting evidence at Phillips’ home.
“In my entire career in law enforcement I think I’ve seen one other case like this,” Sgt. Blankenship told WCPO.
“I’ve been an elected prosecutor for 24 years,” added Clermont County Prosecutor Don White. “I’ve not seen a forcible rape like this where a weapon was used involving a woman.”
Phillips is being held in Clermont County Jail on $200,000 bond. If found guilty of all charges, she could face up to 31 years behind bars.
