L-Train Stripper Spices up NYC Subway Commute
Late-night commuters on New York City’s L train subway were treated to a sexy surprise Wednesday when a man in four-inch stilettos and butt-hugging shorts broke out into a seemingly impromptu strip tease. According to Sexy World News and the New York Daily News, the strapping stripper had all the right moves, twirling and gyrating acrobatically around the pole as if he were working the Playgirl Club.
Ryan Wenzel, age 26, was riding the L train on his way home from the ballet “Slaughter on Tenth Avenue,” which ironically features a stripper, when he found himself in the middle of a spontaneous subway party. Other passengers soon began joining the mostly naked dancer as he strutted his stuff for all to see.
“I was writing an email and all of a sudden, I look up, and was like, “Oh my god, there’s a man in underwear and heels,'” Wenzel told the Daily News. “Everyone sitting on my end of the train wasn’t in on it, and were looking around like ‘What the hell is happening?'”
“That’s definitely the craziest thing I’ve seen on the subway ride,” he added.
It turns out that the “party” on the L train wasn’t so spontaneous after all. It was all planned out, part of a location shoot for the latest Girl Talk music video, called Girl Walk.
“We were filming a scene in which two of our core dancers incite a small dance party, and much to our delight, it grew with passerby[s],” director and cinematographer Jacob Krupnick explained to the Daily News.
Thankfully, Wenzel caught it all on video:
